Pros: Large Amount of Parking, parking lot security, stores tend to have good employees. Cons: Having to avoid being harassed by kiosk staff, building tends to be dirty, lower quality stores than other shopping centers, the nicer stores still seem to have lower quality than locations elsewhere. Overall: I would take my business to the other shopping centers in the area. The quality is sub-par.
I like the Galleria, it's a nice facility, but the circus carnies trying to force you to try their "amazing" products really get under my skin.
I would have gave 5 stars but the public bathrooms were so nasty and stinking that it would gag most people to even go in. Everything else was great. Plenty of lighted parking and security and police were everywhere!

Obviously this is a problem with people that visit the galleria. The incessant soliciting and pushy sales from the kiosks is intolerable. I feel like I'm on high alert while walking around the mall, knowing that at least 1 person from these kiosks is going to jump in front of me and start selling. I even had 1 woman actively start trying to schedule a home improvement estimate while I was standing in the clothing section of a store! The Summit never looked so good.
The cashier at Victoria Secret was extremely rude, we were having words in front of the entire store.
I feel that this is the best mall in Alabama..I love it..
Lots of stores, my favorite was Forever 21. Very nice mall I will be returning.
