Day before Halloween and support staff was filled w spirit. Professional and friendly. I’ve been getting my annual checks for over 8 years here. Referrals for procedures beyond office have been exceptional. Zariema Carrier NP has always been thorough in treatment and shared knowledge. Even though I no longer live in Venice, I will continue to make the drive.
Very friendly and professional .Dr is excellent but appointments are not on time . Over one hour late after scheduled appointment to see Dr .
Arrived early as directed. Check inunderwater. & easy. Waited 30+ minutes in waiting room before being called. Escorted to my sanctuary and directed to strip to underwear. Waited another 10+ minutes in very cool environment before my team arrived. Full scan revealed one issue, removed quick and painlessly for lab analysis. Once the team arrived, things were handled quickly and professionally. I realize some waiting is expected, it is a medical office, but still annoying, nonetheless.
