So impressed with the staff and service here. They are thorough, explain everything and understand how to care for patients. I love when providers are two steps ahead of your questions and make you feel comfortable and welcoming. It was nice having people care and enjoy doing the work they do.
Services advertising is unclear/inaccurate. When calling to schedule, was told by general scheduling that this office doesn’t do cosmetic derm and was redirected to the Zephyrhills office, and put on hold until the call cut off.
Dr Salma potlala is great, unfortunately, this like many other medical practices it is not actually owned by any doctor but by a large corporation, and therefore extremely chaotic. When you make an appointment, the off location appointment makers will tell you the doctor can only treat one issue per visit, that isn't true. I got written a prescription that my insurance wouldn't cover and it was over $140 so I called into the office and ask for the doctor to write a script that would be covered.
