Excellent . Dr was quite good. Very patient. And diagnoses was satisfying .
The ladies at the front desk are very nice and helpful. The whole clinic is very light and clean. Tara took care of me and she was wonderful! She took time to listen to all my problems without giving me the feeling that she is in a hurry to see the next patient (like many other doctors do). She explained everything in simple words about my condition which was easy to understand. She also did a procedure. Terrible.
It was a disastrous experience for me. I will not attempt to speak for others. My first appointment was 2 weeks after my initial referral. As the visit date approached, it was cancelled by Riverside. The reschedule appoint was about 3 weeks later. When I showed up I had to fill out about 20 pages of case info on an electronic tablet. I was examined by the Nurse Practitioner who informed me I should go to an ER for treatment; billed $45. I thought an early triage visit would have saved me 5 weeks in getting treatment. Doctor was dismissive and only saw him for 5 mins. PA disregarded all of my concerns. After having different procedures, they did not completely resolve my main issues. Will not be coming back.
