I can’t recommend this office enough! From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. I accidentally went to the wrong office for my appointment, but the receptionists were amazing and went out of their way to get everything sorted out so I could still be seen. The nurse practitioner was wonderful—she took the time to answer all of my questions, explain everything clearly, and never made me feel rushed. Horrible experience have been waiting for my appointment for 2 months, when I made the appointment I wasn’t told anything about when to arrive or to fill out paperwork online I walk into the office at 8:30 today for my 8:40 appointment and I’m told I can’t be seen because new patients need to arrive 30 minutes prior to their appointment. These are the texts I’ve been receiving from them this week not one that says to show up early or to fill out paperwork online. Poor communication and snotty front desk employees.
