Dr. Menendez said she would save my partial second syringe of lip filler for touch up. Couldn't get a touchup appointment for two months because she was not available. Showed up for appointment and was told the syringe expired and I would have to buy a new one (additional $700 on top of $1400 spent). Told the tech appointment was not available. "Sorry you weren't better informed." Truly unacceptable. Results are mediocre and uneven.
Jan 9, 2026 - I previously wrote the review below which I believe still holds true based on the service provided at that time. However, I have called 4 times over the last 3 days to try and inquire about an aesthetics procedure. No one will answer the phone and no one has called me back. Very disappointing. I had an excellent experience at Riverchase Dermatology. Dr. Menendez is the best Dermatologist I've ever encountered. Professional, knowledgeable, thorough and very pleasant.
