For the last 3 years I've watched the apartment property go down hill. The marketing is not what they are selling. Things have changed tremendously.
I live here since April have to call for water leak 3 times now,hot water went out twice. The response is slow as can be. Water leaking from my kitchen light living room laundry area and bathroom too. I wish I knew this before I moved here. It looked clean when we moved here but not really. I pay more than 1000 is not worth it
Lived here for 3 years. Absolutely terrible. I am placing bets with friends on how many years it will be for one of the complexes to collapse. When I moved in there was obvious evidence of a flood. Then our apartment flooded courtesy of the very intelligent third floor neighbors. Luckily there is NO emergency number for River Chase and we had to call the police to get any sort of support :) so fun!!! Its unbelievable the amount of structural damage the second flood created.
