Took my car to Rivercenter Collison for a repair from a fender bender. While at the repair shop, additional scratches occurred on the passenger doors and molding. Gabby never questioned the damage and offered to repaint and replace the molding. The work was completed and they repaired a small dent! Great customer service! Highly recommend them for body repair!
Seems like service people are always sick, no one working on my car, no one attending to the phone, no one calling to update on the status of the repair. They take their sweet time to do the job with no consideration for how it is impacting their customers. Overall, slow, unreliable and very poor customer service. NEVER, NEVER take your car here.
My appointment was scheduled with Mr Zezzo who made great effort to understand my concerns and needs as well as inform me of what to expect during the process. My vehicle was serviced by technician Mr Blake who made a valiant effort to convey what would require servicing and why it was required. Blake was extraordinarily polite, his knowledge was expansively vast which made me feel extremely comfortable and dare I say confident that my car was in his hands!
