WOULD LEAVE A ZERO STAR REVIEW BUT I CAN'T! THIS COMPANY STOLE MY PROPERTY AFTER I LEFT MY EX WHO HAD A WARRANT FOR HER ARREST! THEY ARE A JOKE!
I have rented from Broadstreet since 2020 and from Riverbend Terrace since March 2023. I feel safe. The properties are well managed and clean. When I arrived at Riverbend a year ago Stevi greet me and my pup with the same warm welcome and care as she did just this morning on my visit to the main office. I highly recommend renting from Broadstreet and Riverbend Terrace!!!
We have been at Broadstreet for less than a year, but do not have anything but highest of praise for it! Our first couple weeks we had a few minor things happen in our unit and maintenance was on it within hours, regardless of the time of day. Our neighbours are all lovely, and everyone is very welcoming and friendly. We needed short term accommodations while our house was being built. Stevi went above and beyond to make sure the suite was pristine and answered any questions we had (we hadn’t rented in a very long time). If something broke or needed attention she made sure the maintenance staff attended to it asap. All staff members were amazing but I especially liked that Stevi was so approachable and attentive. Suite is large, all staff are friendly. The cleaning staff are exceptionally kind. Something that has always made me angry but even more so now with an absurd rent increase: when we signed a lease, we were told we couldn’t see our suite as someone was living there. That’s fine, we saw a different suite. However, I made it clear before signing a lease, I didn’t want the original old carpet and flooring.
