Please do not rent from the company. They say what they need to get you into a lease then it's down hill from there. The Apt. we moved into was not cleaned! There was trash and garbage on the back patio. New toilets that don't flush. We had to clean the basement and found feces and a meth pipe down there. 3 hours was spent cleaning and the basement is still not fully cleaned. This is the worse rental company we have been through, nothing but harassment. Messed up on our rent deposits (this is why you keep every single proof). Tried to serve us a 14 day notice because we “owed” back rent. While I have proof it’s paid! Then let off on the 14days then my dog got out and they called it criminal activity. Fine until you move out then a lame excuse to charge a cleaning fee!!!!!!! 865 sq ft apartment charged for 1.5 hour cleaning fee for the bathroom which was CLEAN Until I moved out no issues the contract is very detailed and even lists charges for light bulbs which by the way two blew out immediately when I moved in I’m 55 years old not some college kid the apartment was clean that and the rent goes up every year if they are that greedy that they need to charge bogus cleaning fees to hell with them and I’d bet that they own t... read more
You will not get your full deposit back. They will come up with some lame excuse that as to why they had to bring in own cleaning service. We had gone through a walk through after we had the house cleaned and carpets professionally cleaned. They asked us to clean behind the fridge and stove again and e everything else was good to go. We were still charged for three hours of cleaning. They will rob you blind and smile while doing it.

Great business to work with when you need to find a place!
Does not take responsibility when prospective customers are looking for a place. Not only that but the VERY limited hours that they are open. Makes it difficult for those who work during your regular business hours. Does not take ownership when lack of response times for emailing back and then blames you for not keeping in touch enough. Does not seem organized what so ever.
