“It’s safe.” - Verandas Management Team It’s not safe. This place is like if you filled a 2017 destroyed engine Honda Civic with manure. It could kill you and everything is crap, but it looks decent on the outside.
RecommendedA great place. I love how quiet it is. The entire building smells and looks so clean. It is a beautiful hotel/apartment. The walk through the park is amazing.
Foundation issues. Management issues. Maintenance issues. Just nothing but issues. Most definitely NOT a luxury apartment, although they try to charge you luxury prices.
update: our apartment flooded. weve been living here coming up 3 months, and it has been the worst experience for "such nice apartments." i wish we never moved here. its been a week since it flooded and they have the done NOTHING. im pregnant and the manager has shown NO concern. we are in the process of speaking with lawyers. we are basically homeless. nothing works. they never follow up with maintaince requests. office isnt always very helpful.
