RecommendedThe community is peaceful and secure at night and throughout the day. Comfortable to live here and not worry. Maintenance is great. The trash service sucks here you pay a lot of money and they don't even get your trash every day nor do they take all of your trash which is not very fair considering we're paying a lot of money for trash service would much rather just take my own trash out. Neighbors are lovely. Apartment management does do great things to show the community that they have our backs or just help out in general ... read more

RecommendedI absolutely love it here. It's truly my home. I've been here three years and I'm really happy here. It's beautiful and can't imagine living anywhere else! The staff is always doing fun stuff for the residents too. Also, I recently had a few service requests and they were all done within a week. I'm so IMPRESSED on everything they did! The Maintenance Team as well as the Staff are very much Appreciated and I THANK YOU so much!
RecommendedBy far one of the best places I have stayed up in north dallas. I love my 3 Br with a garage and all the best amenities around. I am picky with apts because of maintenance and I havent had any issues with the speediness of it yet. Thank you to the newish team here that keeps the ball rolling with care

RecommendedMegan is the bomb!! Super helpful with my inquiries. Not so sure about the others. Seem to not have it together. So far it is super nice and other than the trash issues ( which I am being charged for and have yet had them pick it up ) the dumpster over flowing with trash .. it is a nice place.
