I love the fact that I can call them any time of day or night and get advice on any medical situation !...Also I love the fact that they don't pressure vaccinations and allow me to make an educated choice for my family. Thank you very much for your services Riverbend Medical Group!
They are very slow we t to drop of specimen for the lab at 8:30 and waited 1/2 hr just for someone to come take it (was late for work and they did not care.) and while waiting a handicapped wheel chair patient came in for a scheduled appt and they screwed up the date and time scheduling a appointment the patient gets there they have no concern for the patient especially the handicapped.they made him reschedule .Knowing they have the saved slots for emergencies.made the man reschedule.SHAME ON YOU RIVERBEND.
Thank you for diagnosing me with strep for 4 weeks when it was really mono...
