Lodging prices have almost doubled! Went every month for 3 years. Can go to 4 star Pagosa Springs or Ojo Caliente for same price. Better to stay elsewhere and get 2 hour pass.
The setting is relaxing and love the quiet zones. If you want to relax and enjoy the scenic view of Mountains highly recommend. High on privacy!!
