My appointment time was met within 5 minutes. Dr. Reinersman provided great care and treatment options. I felt very comfortable during the procedure. Dr. R was friendly and kind as usual. The rest of the staff is great!
Was quick check-in. but no longer accept my insurance. therefore it was $100 i wasn't expecting to pay. Emily is an excellent hygienist. The whole office is so impersonal now. I will probably start looking for a small office again, which i hate doing because I really liked Dr Reinersman and his personal/previous staff.
Very good experience. Timely service, office quite clean and nice, dental assistant very professiona, friendly and worked to make me feel very comfortable. As always, Dr. Reinersman was his typical nice and pleasant self. He is a real asset to your group...one of the nicest and capabile doctors / dentists I have seen in my >60 Years.
I have been a patient of Dr. Reinersman for well over 30 years, and it has always been a good experience. A good man, and a good Dentist!
I suppose, after years of bad dentist experiences, I come into the office thinking I will have a bad experience. But, I ALWAYS end up leaving the office saying to myself: Wow! What was I afraid of? I always leave happy!
I love Dr. Reinersmann, his new location is very nice and the staff is always helpful. It took me a long time and many dentists after my old dentist retired to find someone that I like and trust. Not sure what I will do if I have to find a new dentist again, very pleased all the way around. Also, Laura did my cleaning this time and she was very nice and professional and did a great job.
The receptionist, hygienist and Dr Nativi ate all welcoming and personal. They are all prompt and seemingly efficient. The office on the second floor is very nice with great overlooking view while In the chair.

Really liked the girl that cleaned my teeth, over all good experience.
My experience at Riverbend Dental was great. Dr. Reinersman and his staff were friendly and helpful. I also liked their new office space.
