RIVERBEND CONSULTING DID NOT RESOLVE MY AMAZON SUSPENSION. I paid a few thousand dollars for their service and I came out the same as I walked in. I used their service mainly because of their high reviews but don’t fall for the scam that you will get your Amazon seller account reinstated.
I reached out to Riverbend based on their website saying they can get Amazon accounts reinstated. When I spoke to their sales person, he mentioned that they have contacts within Amazon that will be able to help get the account sorted out and reinstated. Completely untrue and a waste of time and money. There were several instances where I didn't hear from my rep for weeks at a time and had to call and leave messages to get responses. Lauren is a true professional. After many attempts she finally got us reinstated. Out situation was extreamly difficult but she made it happen. I shopped the various services thoroughly and was extreamly happy with my choice.
My Amazon account was deactivated and I tried to appeal myself but probably made things worse. The team at Riverbend consulting saved my Amazon business. It took multiple appeals and communications that I could have never figured out on my own. Their expertise is the only reason that my account was reinstated. I hope I never have to go through it again, but if I did, I would call them first before I did anything.
