Just waisted $2500 for nothing. No I am wrong - for $2500 I got one plan of action - that is all. And the told me I have a great opportunity to work differently now. My Amazon account still suspended after 4 months. Do not give them your money. They are bunch of charlatans and scum bags who are taking advantage of people.

I wish there is a 0 star for this company. Since the beginning, the process was very amateur and it took very short time to accept failure. They tried with 2-3 different appeals with 6-7 different ways. Waste of money and time. I am not happy with Keyleigh (One of advisor member of the company). Do not expect creative solution from riverbend consulting. I am not writing this because they have failed for the suspension, i am writing this because they did not try harder. I reached out to Riverbend based on their website saying they can get Amazon accounts reinstated. When I spoke to their sales person, he mentioned that they have contacts within Amazon that will be able to help get the account sorted out and reinstated. Completely untrue and a waste of time and money. There were several instances where I didn't hear from my rep for weeks at a time and had to call and leave messages to get responses. My experience with Riverbend was not good. They began with a very high fee claiming they would write a custom POA and they had internal relationships at Amazon that they could lean on if we ran into any issues. None of this turned out to be true. The first POA was a template and had another company's name on it when they sent to me. Definitely not a custom POA. I could have bought a template for $300 elsewhere if I wanted a generic template. Amazon of course rejected their generic template citing that we didn't not und... read more
