Took money out of my benefit plan without ever being inside of this chiropractor. Was told it was returned but havent seen anything returned in over a month

Great chiropractor and has always made me feel better every time I left. Very thorough and gentle.
Over the top with questions, but doesn't actually do anything with it. Adjustment was not worth what I paid, I wouldn't even pay $10 for what I got.
Came here only 2times when my back was out. He was very friendly and assessed my needs.. only thing is I wish he had a receptionist who could be there for check in and all th3 paperwork/phone calls Would save soo much time. He was also late and had people standing outside his office. Overall, I decided to keep my chiropractor in the North.
