Complex is a disgrace Riverbend was a great community a few years ago, the last 6 months it has completely gone downhill. So much so that I tried to break my lease to get out early. Everything inside the apartments is of the lowest grade materials, the actual cabinets in my kitchen are peeling. There is zero sound proofing between the apartments. Great Community RiverBend is a well-kept, clean and quiet Community. The location is safe and convenient. The apartments feel more like a condo with many amenities – washer/dryer in each apartment, large closets, balcony, as well as clubhouse with exercise room and outdoor pool. Parking is never a problem and most apartments have an attached garage. Marie, the Property Manager is kind, efficient and professional.
Great Very beautiful, clean, friendly community. I would recommend to all. It is conveniently located and safe. The only problem is that some of the younger kids that live here are disrespectful and rude, but they don't live in my building so I can ignore them when I need to.
Excellent customer service I ompleted 3 inquires on Apartments.com (Riverbend; Vista Point; and Chelsea Ridge). Riverbend was the only response back that I received - and it came within the same day of making the inquiry. Marie was extremely helpful; setup an appointment that was convenient for me. And completed the onboard process quickly and efficiently.
