Has a problem when you expect repairs to be done within a reasonable amount of time. Mold not addressed. Was told I expect too much and was unable to please
I live there currently and am looking to find a new place today.It is cheaper to live here but you pay for what ya get.The pest control are idiots.They spray only once a month which makes no sense at all.It takes up to 7 days for the bugs to hatch even after they die.Which means they should spray a week after and they dont.The foundation is cracking and the ants and roaches are everywhere and we are clean people.We have to put our toothbrushes in a plastic baggy because ants will crawl over them!We have a breeze way at each ... read more
Pest control? I havent seen pest control in months. I am also a current resident and I am out of here asap.Talk about jokes,try getting a maintenance man around here. Not to mention the upstairs units are roaster ovens.It stays 85 in them even when the air is full blast and when you call to complain because you cant breathe you are told "Nothing we can do...heat rises".Oh and is anyone else disgusted by the overflowing dumpsters that NEVER seem to get emptied or the massive amount of people in the swimming pool that dont eve... read more
