location is the best. it's the closest stay you can get, in the middle of the action, day and night, without having to pay a hotel chain prices. also very close to the free water shuttle stop, free shuttle bus to beach, and to the bus station that has a direct line to Sawgrass premium outlet. the only complaint is the noise level. the door lock is very loose so any noise from the outside, especially the rowdy guests coming back from their late night, is heard. the ceiling fan makes noise. the fan on the AC is loud. the walls... read more

Stayed only 1 night at the end of our South Florida trip. First time in Ft. Lauderdale. They offer AirBnB style mini apartments for the price of a hotel room. Location appears convenient being next to the water taxi and performing arts center but it sits directly behind the old, Ft. Lauderdale's mini downtown. If dive bars and ratchet nightclubs are your scene then this is the place for you. Las Olas boulevard is a 10 minute walk East. Great location: walking distance to the restaurants, bar, nightlife, and next to the river promenade. The room comfort was so-so: the bed was comfy, but the room in my taste lacked a larger table, more comfy chairs, and some arm chairs, to be comfy to do anything but sleep. The A/C was terribly noisy and dusty - it was either A/C or a sleep. In other words, for me as a single male it was fine to stay, but if you bring in a good girl she wouldn't be impressed and consider other mating options, which are plenty in the Fort :D ... read more
