Llevo 3 meses viviendo y es donde he sentido paz y tranquilidad . Condominio bonito tranquilo siempre encuentro parqueadero. La tranquilidad de tener patio y mucho espacio en la sala y comedor . La administración hasta el momento se ha portado bien .
worst place ever, I lived here for 8 months back in 2020 and it was the worst. ROACHES AND RATS, someone tried to break in 2 times, someone with a gun walking past our window at midnight then shooting bullets in the sky.
I’d give this place a 0 star rating if I could. They probably have a higher turnover rate than a Motel 6. $2k for this nightmare. Firstly, they tack on ridiculous fees whenever and wherever they can, all hidden in the lease. Secondly, the roach and trash problem is horrible. One side of the complex is worse than the other, but both are disgusting. Because of the smell and built-up trash, roaches are nonstop.
