1st of all y'all,dont live here. I had maintenance walk in on me with a locked door,cable cords cut twice outside, ppl from the office walking right in the home with 0 notice,0 paper,just 1 knock and walk in. I think NOT. and to top it off in these horrible ugly apts,our apt flooded along with SEVERAL other units. Im talking about water rushing in and flooded EVERYTHING!! I have been living there now for three years. They have a very good team who work hard. There are two girls in the office. They work hard. And whatever you ask them for, they will fulfill it. There is also a very nice maintenance team. It is a beautiful residence.
After the expansion of my family, it's sad to leave my 3b2ba apartment home. The office staff has always been great in their communication, hospitality, and improvements to this neighborhood. Since, living here I've experienced the improvements to the community aesthetic and a brand new HVAC system. The maintenance staff has always given excellent service, meeting each request in a timely manner. I rented a 3br 2bath apartment and had a great experience with management and this property. Maintenance always responded in a timely manner. Management was always friendly and helpful. And the pool was relaxing and a great reprieve from the summer heat. And over the past year or so, there have been big improvements to the units and the grounds.
