Llevo 3 meses viviendo y es donde he sentido paz y tranquilidad . Condominio bonito tranquilo siempre encuentro parqueadero. La tranquilidad de tener patio y mucho espacio en la sala y comedor . La administración hasta el momento se ha portado bien .
worst place ever, I lived here for 8 months back in 2020 and it was the worst. ROACHES AND RATS, someone tried to break in 2 times, someone with a gun walking past our window at midnight then shooting bullets in the sky.
I’d give this place a 0 star rating if I could. They probably have a higher turnover rate than a Motel 6. $2k for this nightmare. Firstly, they tack on ridiculous fees whenever and wherever they can, all hidden in the lease. Secondly, the roach and trash problem is horrible. One side of the complex is worse than the other, but both are disgusting. Because of the smell and built-up trash, roaches are nonstop. 1st of all y'all,dont live here. I had maintenance walk in on me with a locked door,cable cords cut twice outside, ppl from the office walking right in the home with 0 notice,0 paper,just 1 knock and walk in. I think NOT. and to top it off in these horrible ugly apts,our apt flooded along with SEVERAL other units. Im talking about water rushing in and flooded EVERYTHING!!
