RBR used to be a place I enjoyed visiting. Unfortunately the kitchen staff changed and the food suffered. So I don't eat there anymore. I do love the crab pretzel though, and the waitresses are great!!!
Really loved the RiverBay, especially the crab soup, it tasted fresh and loved when they added a small crab claw to the soup. It was spicy. But, since Regina’s took over and I guess their chef came over it’s not been the same. Was also disappointed in the burgers which I thought were they best around now they are just average. It’s too bad.
Good food. Nice neighborhood restaurant and bar. Bar is very present during game times :)

Just visited today on the way home from Deep Creek Lake...delicious! The burgers are large and juicy, no way it's a frozen pattie. My Turkey Reuben was piled high with thinly sliced breast meat, Cole slaw and Thousand Island dressing! The service was friendly and efficient. If you had a different experience, you were probably somewhere else!
