Dr. Billy and Dr. Coco take great care of my little Shih tzu, Sassy. She has a lot of issues and allergies that they monitor and it helps her feel so much better. I’ve been bringing my golden, Beau here for about 5 years. Recently, we found a lump on Beaus chest. turns out, it was cancerous. Dr. Billy and Dr. Bredenberg got him into surgery immediately and he’s recovering well. The staff here is very accommodating and professional. Wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else. Jami, Rosie, Summer, and Katrina are great. These folks know how to take care of your pets! Thank y’all!
We love Riverbank! We trust the doctors and staff completely and know that everyone there has our pets' best interests at heart. They are the best.
At the very beginning trying to switch our animals over, there was a 2 month wait list. We eventually got our animals in and have not regretted it since. They love our animals as we do and treat them with care every time. They always help us find the most affordable route for medications and prescriptions,and never do any extras that our visit doesn't need. just switched my dogs care to Riverbank and couldnt be more pleased. Dr. Billy was amazing and alk the staff as well. Very comfortable turning my dogs over to them for care. highly recommend

The most caring group of people I have ever had the experience of meeting. Dr. Roumillat was my dogs doctor for years and remained that even when we moved out of state. Every visit back to SC we’d go visit Dr. Billy!
