Mechanics are awesome, but the new cashier she needs customer service classes. I admire the work there and will go back, but I don't want to deal with the cashier

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Nobody don’t even know how to speak English! I was suppose to get my car fixed and they called me when it’s ready. They didn’t call or anything. They clocked out and locked the doors without telling me anything. They locked my keys inside their shop and they had my truck sitting all day while i was waiting to get it fixed. They had no explanation. My truck would’ve been sitting there overnight if i didn’t get up out my bed to see about it 30 mins after they closed!!! Please don’t go. I don’t care if yo... read more
