I have been going to this office for the last 15 years. I have only seen Dr. Rivera three times. I work with his nurse practitioner. Jazel Has been very supportive over the years and always pointed me in the right direction for my referrals. Today I had to go in for a yearly check up and I saw Dr. Rivera. I think he needs to retire. I don’t feel that he listened to a word that I said, and he was downright rude. His assistant, Jona was amazing! Dr. Marcelo cares about his patients. His been out doctor for 20 years
If I could give no stars I would, Worst doctor of all time. Extremely rude. Didn’t even listen to what I had to say & rushed me out the door. He was in the room with me for about 3 minutes total & somehow managed to humiliate me. He didn’t let me address everything I wanted to address. I found myself trying to ask him questions as he walking out of the door. This man is incredibly unprofessional please don’t waste your time or money with him.
Dr. Rivera was my husband and my doctor for about 25 yrs. He always took good care of us. Had proper tests run, made extra certain we had everything we needed. The only reason this is not 5 stars is that sometimes getting an RX refill request processed took a second phone call. The staff is always friendly, we always feel welcome and have been happy with our care. We have moved to Montana and will miss the doctor and his staff. Diane in Montana
