I felt heard and respected throughout the entire visit. The office staff was also wonderful — very friendly, professional, and welcoming. Le doy dos estrellas porque la visita que tuve fue bien. Pero despues de que el doctor Rivera me dio mi resultado de la biopsia, estuve llamando dias y dias y no consigo comunicarme con la oficina, para yo poder tener en papel o email mi resultado de la biopsia, por eso le pongo dos estrellas.
