Their booking system is extremely flawed - 2 consecutive appointments provided me written on a business card were incorrectly dated. First time, they managed to fit me in when I showed 2 days late at the time provided; second time, 1 day later, they told me to wait, someone arrived while I was waiting and was told they could tail end with their daughter's appointment. 15 minutes later, they told me they could fit me in and wanted to reschedule me - I told them I could not trust their appointment system and would seek a more ... read more
I have been going to Southeastern Skin Cancer for 8 years. The people at the front desk are very courteous and informative. They will get you checked in and let your doctor know you are ready. The doctors and the nurses are professional and very happy to help you. They understand that they may have to present unfortunate news so they so the entire staff are taking you seriously. Dr. Rivera removed a an area of my scalp about a year ago using the Mohs technique. I am blessed that I chose him for my surgery. Dr. Rivera was thorough in the removal and left minimal scarring. Now, a year later I went for a look over. He spent some time reviewing my charts with me and made sure there was nothing new. His staff as usual, was pleasant and kind in their demeanor and i left less stressed than when I arrived! Thank you Dr. Rivera, and the Staff of SE Skin Cancer and Dermatology.
