I'm giving the building itself 3 stars because the staff is professional, friendly and responsive. They keep the common areas clean and are efficient when it comes to handling packages. That said, this review is specifically for Unit 1622, owned by Negar Jahanbin as my experience with her as a landlord was deeply frustrating. I rented the unit from her while I pursued my MBA. Not a pleasant place to be. It is very old. It has plumbing and heater issues. The heater makes a very loud construction-like ongoing noise at night. They do not bleed the heaters, they say bleeding does change the noise to avoid doing any work. They try to avoid bringing someone out to inspect if there is a defect and want to close the case. The sinks and tubs get clogged. The pipes are very old. It is very inconvenient to move. They need you to reserve a 2 hour slot between 9-5 Monday - Saturday. You cannot move furniture ... read more
