very nice apartment and good management
I lived here for about 15 years. No complains. Gated community with a beautiful garden that was always very well maintained. Management was different from year to year, good and bad, but the most recent ones (2023-24, Jackie, etc) are really good and caring. The price is not that high and very competitive for the quality and location. The buildings are old (as most in the bay area), but units are remodeled and look modern. It's also under rent-control.
I love Riverwalk Apartments. The amenities, staff, and unit is cozy and quiet. Prime location!
Jackie is an amazing property manager, very professional and always available to address any concerns. I recently moved from one bedroom to two bedroom unit. Jackie was very patient answering all my questions. She personally made a point to ensure the move was smooth. The apartment is safe and quite. Over the years, there have been upgrades to laundary, gym, security, packaging. The remodelled units are pretty decent and worth the price.
