Between the shootings and the drug dealers, it's noisy. One neighbor moved early because of a peeping Tom. Cars have been shot in the parking lots. There are gangs too. Hope you don't mind cockroaches and bad plumbing. Doors without peepholes, dishwashers don't work. Someone was shot in front of my building. This place is trash.
