My wife and I lived here for three and half years long and we were so sad to leave here after graduation. We had a two bed room in deluxe style. The maintenance was very timely and the staff at leasing office were always very kind and friendly. The apartment always hosted fun parties and events for special occasions (e.g., halloween, thanksgiving), and it made us feel so warm living there. Staff is very courteous and professional. Sydney is as sweet as a unicorn prancing in a field made up of rainbows and sugar plums!
I love this apartment. Sydney, the staff, and the maintenance guys are always friendly and very helpful. The maintenance issues were fixed on the same day. I would continue living here if I didn't have to leave the city. Thank you River Walk team! :)

Sidney and the staff have made my experience at River Walk by far one of the most cherished memories that I will keep from Lafayette. When needed, all issues have been resolved in a timely manner and the staff have been courteous in addressing these issues in a responsible way. I will sincerely miss living here and would especially recommend the two bedroom apartments for graduate students.

River Walk is the best apartment complex that I have lived at. The office staff is always friendly and the maintenance guys fixes any problems I may have right away. Overall a great place to live!
