I paid to have the carpet shampooed before I moved out; they still charged me for it. I didnt see a dime of my deposit, they kept it all. The staff were rude, neighbors were noisy, and the rules they have are ridiculous. Also if you want family to come and visit (even just for a day), prepare to have a full out inquiry into it. If you want to live in a storage unit, I suggest paying less and getting a storage unit. If you want to live in a place you can feel comfortable in and consider home' I suggest going somewhere else.

Seriously? I cant imagine that the claims of not getting your deposit back are correct or truthful, based on our experience. We were always treated very fairly from the beginning. The agent gave us a list of the cost we could expect to pay if we left the apartment damaged and not cleaned the day we moved in. They itemized most possible costs from cleaning the oven to the carpet shampooing, etc. and so forth. They wont give you your deposit back. They make up all kinds of fees to charge when you move out. The management staff is rude. You can find a better apartment for less money.
Before you move in, you will pay a "security deposit". Do not expect to receive all of this money back when you move out. They have many creative "fees" they charge in order to keep your money.

Right on the Little Pigeon River one block off the hwy. 411 is a very well built apartment community. It meets the TVA Energy Rite building specifications which assists in low utility bills every month. Nice private screened porch,a vaulted ceilings with a sky light makes home feel airy and bright. The well equipped kitchen has all white cabinets & GE appliances, (refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, range, garbage disposal). Excellent staff, well trained, caring and friendly.
