Not Luxury Parking is horrible, very noisy, smells like pet waste, cheap building material, and bugs.
Most amazing apartments! I absolutely love this place. The staff is so friendly to my and my dogs. Lots of friends. Great community. I was skeptical about moving to Wichita but River Vista made me love this gem on the river!
Nightmare Low Quality Construction, Horrible Neighbors, Very Noisy, Lousy Parking, Barking Dogs, Smells Like Pet Waste, and Expensive.
