Do not use their service department!! Over 7 weeks ago my moms F350 Diesel suddenly died on her. We brought it to Hennessy Ford to be fixed. After being quoted $2,800 and waiting over 2 weeks...it didn’t fix it; and they came back at $5,900. When $5,900 didn’t fix it, it shot up to over $13,000 to put in a new fuel system. Ford knows this fuel system is faulty, Hennessy knows this fuel system is faulty and the whole situation is ridiculous. I’ve been in twice now for a drivers side roof rack rail cover. First time the rail cover and the rail had to be replaced due to blowing off in high winds. The rail cover clip at the back end either immediately broke or wasn’t repaired correctly and popped up. The second time, 12/23/2019, I had the same rail cover or clips repaired, drove away after forgetting to check it out and found upon returning home that it was not only NOT fixed, but the whole cover is loose and still popped up at the back!!! After being in the market for about a month and visiting multiple local dealerships only to be dissatisfied with the service and offers, I’m so happy we found Hennessys River View Ford! Waited over a hour for a recall and oil change, which is what I was told. The only thing is there was a guy trying to sit in the waiting area that had a walker and couldn’t get through to a chair. He had to walk between the chairs without it. Maybe remove a chair so the elderly can get to a chair.
Bought a second car from Jack Daniels yesterday and it’s terrific. All around great service at River View Ford. Highly recommended.
Attentive, and respectful! I was in for a test drive of a used vehicle and out the door in it with 1.5 hours! I dealt with Rich, great salesperson!
Patti Coldwate was my saleswoman. They have a great deal going on for credit given on trade-in for repairs already made and low financing! Didn't take too long to do the deal.
By far the worst service department I’ve ever experienced.
