This place is nice and quiet and the amenities are good and they are in good shape. Also the personel is really polite and they take care of us, specially Omar who is always willing to help us whenever we have an issue in the apartment.
The River View Apartments looks pretty good, and looks secured, and these were reasons that we moved in years back. But unfortunately, there are many reasons occurring here that make us not feel safe to live in this complex anymore. False alarms have become a frequent issue. Such as false alarms started from 2 am to 2.15 am and again at 3 am on 01/24/2024. Similar incidents occurred in 2023 on four different midnights. Waking up to these alarms is frightening. Extremely bad phone or internet signals. Carefully reconsider moving in if you have to work from home. To be fair, the working stuff here are very nice.
The parking garage here is unsafe. My car got broken into and their security cameras didn't work, what a joke.
I would avoid by all means . God forbid if you are in a situation you need to go month to month, they will charge you 1100$ extra every month.
