If you’re in a real emergency and your pet is on the verge of literally dying, DO NOT COME HERE!! When you call , they will tell you the doctor will give you a call back from his personal phone. I waited a whole hour without hearing anything and I called back 2 more times for them to tell me the same thing! So, I drove 2 hours away to another emergency clinic and in that timeframe I still never received the call I was “supposed to get from the doctor” Don’t waste valuable seconds of your pets life messing with this place. I have taken several pets here, they're great. They're very compassionate when it comes to end of life too.
I've always had a great experience with this office. They care about your animals and give you options for treatment and care. When we've had urgent situations they squeeze us in same day and I've even had Dr Brandt call me personally after hours.
