Terrible experience. Ordered parts on Mon and they were supposed to be delivered on Wed...never showed and they never called to let me know. I called on Thur to check and they said they would call back and let me know, never called me back...so I called them again later on Thur and the parts are still sitting on the desk at the site and never shipped. So asked for a refund and they did so but were not able to give me back all of my refund because they couldn't do the 3% card fee...so they have not only lost my current busine... read more

Chevelle (Parts Manager) was very helpful!!! She definitely demonstrates what true “customer service” is about. She took the time to look up the parts we needed to complete oil and filter changes. I will look forward to working with her again in the future. She is an asset to the team.
