Everything you could want here and they still believe in service!
Couldn’t figure out why their tractors were so much cheaper than green, especially used. Then had first maintenance interval service (50h) on new tractor, $2000 bill and it all made sense. I could’ve saved $245 to bring it in myself instead of service call, but this is absolutely nuts. Over half the bill was filters and fluids. So I guess the moral of the story is, don’t buy parts from the dealer and better be able to diy everything, then sell the equipment for much, much less. Service was great, above and beyond expectations! Very friendly and knowledgeable and super helpful! Fred I. was awesome!
Amanda in the service department is a rockstar. She helped me navigate through the computer system since I am a bit older, and slightly illiterate in that respect. There may be others, but this is the only place I’m aware of who will pick up and deliver at a reasonable price. Sam the pick up / delivery guy is always very extremely courteous and it’s a plus if he has his little pup along for the ride. Awesome people!
