I was having issues with my mower. River Valley offered FREE pickup and delivery. After the first check and they didn't find an issue, Amanda kept looking. They found the problem! She worked with me very much. I was highly impressed. She deserves more than Five Stars if I could give more. Thank you River Valley, and especially Amanda! AWESOME JOB!!!

Had my skid steer in for some warranty work and the entire experience was fantastic. Melvin was kind enough to get us a loaner skid for a job that we had scheduled, and we were able to make it happen even with our machine being down. Amanda Sommers in service was fantastic! Great service from start to finish. Called with every update, kept us abreast of any changes, and was as helpful as anyone could ask the entire time. I’ve purchased two machines from RVT and there will be many more going forward!
