All of the people that worked on my project were polite and very knowledgeable. Everything was always cleaned up at the end of the day. Any questions I had were answered, if someone didn't know the answer they would get they answer.

My wife and I have ordered new windows in our house, but forgot about 2 additional windows and had to place 2nd orders for those. The crew that was here to do the first 5 windows were very good at their jobs and all of their work appeared perfect, including the color choice. When it came time to install the two windows that we had forgotten, a different crew was assigned and their workmenship was not up to the standards of the first crew. They are the best people to do business with! I hired them to clean out gutters & install gutter helmets. They came out within a few days & install the front & back gutters! They cleaned up after themselves and they charged much less than other company's that I got estimates from!
Stay as far away from them as you can and even if you win a contest like I did. It is not worth it. They took advantage and made me believe high quality work would be done. City got involved part way through and RVR had to come back and redo everything because it was done wrong, not to industry standards, and now we are left with way more problems that will happen this winter.
