My husband requested medical records in October. Still haven’t seen medical records. Office staff doesn’t call to inform him of appointments or follow up with him afterwards. Can’t really review the actual medical care, but the office personnel provides poor patient care in my opinion.
I love Leslie Blanchard. She is wonderfully helpful and easy to open up to. Her input is very helpful and encouraging.
