Complaints are evaded and responsibility is put back on tenants. They don't believe when something goes wrong and argue about doing anything about it. I have a public post that shows the situation with my water - I have no water! Rude and negligent.
When we moved in, we asked about the carpet and asked when it was last changed, law states every 5 yrs, and the tenants prior to us were definately long term. Then when we got the lease, is wasnt properly filled out, and finally when we have anything that requires repairs, they definately take their time. This property was viewed prior to this tenant taking occupancy and it was discussed up front that due to the service dog they AGREED that they were fine with the carpet not being replace (which by the way was professionally cleaned). As an owner would you put brand new carpet and spend $2500 for a large dog? Didn't think so. YES, I did get the email regarding the sprinklers today and the email was forwarded within 12 minutes to our landscaping company to take care of. AS A RENTER.. RUN the other way!! Gets one star only because I can't go lower! Can you say Jeckyl and Hyde!? During the rental process she is all Yes honey and of course dear. Once you sign the rental/lease agreement she is a demonstrative lunatic with only the owners in mind. She has at least one slum lord that we know of and I am guessing many more.
