My son had his wisdom teeth removed today- staff was extremely pleasant and the Dr was very kind. Would highly recommend!
This place is garbage they don't give a crap about disabled patients
I’ve called several times all between 3pm & 3:15. Only to be put through to the answering service. Online and on the automated voice, it says 4 PM is when River Valley is closed. The operator apologized on their behalf and said if they choose to close the phone lines before 4 PM they can… **Change your hours if you don’t want to talk to your customers. Whoever works in the office answering phones & Chooses to do this daily, should be fired.
Always the best
I don’t recommend this office if you have dental or general anxiety. While they were efficient for my daughter, there was zero compassion or empathy for how scared she was.
