Took forever to get me back in a room. The doctor was rather quick with me.. She did apologize for the delay as they were "super busy", but I went to the pharmacy (after I finally got ahold of them and got lab results) to pick up a medication that she sent in and when I got home I realized there were 2 prescriptions in the bag. One was for progesterone which I was not aware she was sending in for me.. Cost me $27 at the pharmacy and they would not take it back. I’ve been nothing but impressed with the care, compassion, and expertise I have received from this office. The hour and a half drive is absolutely worth it, and I will gladly continue making the trip for the outstanding care they provide.
The staff at River Valley Obgyn was very professional as well as friendly. I felt very welcome at this facility.
As a new patient I felt very welcomed. The staff was great and friendly. The clinic is very clean and beautiful. The nurse, Kayla, listened to my concerns and took her time with me. To all the ladies working in the clinic, thank you for doing what you do. May God bless you always.
If you have endometriosis or suspect you do- don’t go here. Chatterjee Dismissed my endometriosis for so so long, took me a year to get my surgery. This was the worse year of my life, I sobbed and sobbed of pain in her doctors office many times and she wouldn’t even look up from her clip board and would look annoyed. She did not care about my treatment and after my first surgery she did absolutely no care at all. She claimed a hysterectomy would “cure” my endometriosis. THERE IS NO CURE.
