Their care providers are GREAT. Their front desk staff, however, are consistently rude and seem as if they'd rather be anywhere but work helping patients. And it's often very hard to read the office over the phone or get calls back from the front desk.
Malanie is an awesome $50 / hour friend to her clients. My daughters had textbook separation anxiety and depression. But Malanie said they were fine. As long as they kept going to her so she could make money. She doesn’t help people get better. She keeps people just messed up enough so she keeps making a money. Good practitioners make a name by assisting people to get better. Melanie simply lacks the skill to pull that off.
