Funny how I go in today with back pain and numbness, tingling in my left foot and the doctor dont even touch or get close to me just says I need to schedule an MRI from what I'm telling her but I leave from there and my mom drives me to another hospital that does an x ray and tells me I have a couple bulging discs. This hospital needs people that actually care about the people and not the free money (free because they dont do half of their jobs) their making!
Because I have been waiting for 9 days for them to call me back with my test results and I still haven’t heard anything you just can’t put someone in quarantine then just forget about them

I had a procedure this morning with my doctor of 6 years or so, she is awesome, Dr Pamela Connors! But this was my first time at River Valley, and let me tell you, from the receptionist to the nurse who took care of me pre op and all the medical staff in the surgical room were absolutely awesome!!! Coudnt ask for a more caring and professional staff!!!!! MJ
I participated in the cardiopulmonary rehab program and feel like the results were worth the twice a week sessions. Kristin , RN in rehab, did a great job!
I took my fiance in extreme pain to ER. They did nothing for over 45 minutes and I watched as they played on their phones at the nurses station and scuffed when I asked if there was anything they could do, they said till he pees he will lay there. when I said we'd leave for st. Mary's instead they attempted to kick me out. my fiance was incoherent with pain and I promptly took him away from that incompetence. Not once did we see a Dr, this is unacceptable. worst Er we have ever been to Uams Saint Mary's of Russellville and the two hospitals in Hot Springs Has them beat the doctor acted like she didn't know what she was talking about my bf was gushing out blood which was dripping from his back to his feet and he said he felt dizzy his back hurt and he felt something in his back lets go forward to before it happened he was just watching tv and me sort laundry and his back poped next thing u know blood was gushing from his to his feet we will go to the next closet Er which is Sai... read more
I don't usually do reviews but in this case I will for the amazing treatment and care with my emergency visit this morning. I would like to say a big thank you to dr. Crawford and his assistant (forgive me I can't remember her name) . They were courteous, prompt and took the time to examine and explain my issues! Best ER care I have had in Years in Arkansas...Thank you!
