This company has been good to work with; affordable prices, good maintenance staff, and pretty decent apartments especially with how old they are.
I absolutely Love this rental company.
The owner is like a power Trip, controls what you do, weed is legal now and totally against it, there's balcony don't allow you to smoke there,
River Valley and the management here is the best. Christine is AMAZING she really takes her job seriously and takes pride in the properties she manages. She comes by and looks at what needs done around the buildings and she gets it done. She is also very caring when it comes to the tenants. Maintenance is ALWAYS right there when you call. They are always professional and respectful when they come in to your home.
