Not happy with the quick chop shop. Caused more problems than they fixed
I can only speak for the pharmacy here and they absolutely suck. They treat people from West branch like they are lesser than everybody else, and the pharmacist seems to think that she knows more than the doctor. I’m sorry are you a pharmacist or a doctor? This place rather use an interpreter in another state or country a complete stranger, but not let me interpret for my wife. I speak English and Spanish fluently. My wife is very uncomfortable with you using a stranger online when her husband is here in person. Do you realize how uncomfortable it is for her. So next appointment if they insist on using a stranger online as an interpreter we will cancel and go elsewhere. This place needs to be investigated for fraud and scamming insurance companies, I went there only because they accepted Medicaid, was told by some incompetent female Dr. that I had to be referred to an oral surgeon (THAT WAS A LIE) to do a extraction of a tooth that had been broken for over a year at that point and frequently became infected. She had some big long explanation as to why she couldn't do it there and I'd need oral surgery and blah blah blah. ALL LIES, just to go to the oral surgeon and hear more lies about how ... read more
Don’t come here if you have kids. I brought my 7yo with and they denied me service. They could have at least informed me of this policy so I didn’t waste my time and gas.
