The only place that did my electronic fingerprints that got accepted the first time, tried 4 different times but river valley got it done the 1st time, polite and very nice, recommend for electronic fingerprinting
I went in for a urine sample and all the employees there were exceptionally kind especially Diana Duvall. I don’t usually write reviews, but this place definitely deserves a good review.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. This “business” has an employee, Diana Duvall, that had a personal relationship with a married man that she performed a drug test on. That drug test “somehow” was incomplete. This was brought to the owner’s attention with messages showing this 20 year old girl knew he was married. I had a fingernail test done back in February 2023. Passed all. Very friendly and courteous staff! Very good at thier job.
Fantastic, fast, friendly, and honestly the most positive customer service experience I’ve had in a while. No one ever “enjoys” this type of test or interaction. Let’s be honest you go in, pee in a cup, and go on your way. However, they made this experience less cold and harsh and even had a few jokes. If I ever need to get tested for a pre-employment screen again, I’ll definitely be back.
