We have been banking with river valley for over thirty years, we have never had a problem until the past year or so, first I was told after depositing my checks into this account for ten years that I could no longer do that as they had set me up as an agent not a joint account. Now after handling my bill payment for ten years now I can no longer access this account because they say I am not on that account. I love Rivervalley. I have banked there since as far back as I can remember, I’m talking 30 plus years. I’ve always received friendly and courteous service, regardless of which location I’ve dealt with, and I’ve used them all. From making deposits to car loans, Home loans, credit cards, and online banking help are only a phone call away when help is needed .
River Valley is not just our bank.. but more like a family. When ever I go into the bank, I see people I know, by names.. neighbors, it's all good with Rivervalley! Always available to help you when you need something.. Thanks RV
I have always liked our banking there ;) no problems with faye as she has helped me ;) no joke she called me back right away....love most of tellers they do they're job :) the girl named candice has helped me with the door with my husband who is in a wheelchair..all them have assisted with him...even though connie gave me a bad experience one day I still think she does a great job :) they have all assisted with me and my husband and our automobile..we love river valley credit union :)
