Since your upgrade that is horrible ATM CARD does not work on weekends no access to money check goes in on Friday and Twice now cannot use ATM Card all the apps in the world giving me my balance does not help if your system doesnt work

After the new app updated, I needed assistance with my login info, since everything has changed(for the better)... it was after-hours on a Saturday afternoon, I reached out via Facebook messenger & to my surprise, I had a VERY prompt reply!!! Whoever was responsible for the execution of the recent switch over, should be fired. It was an absolute hack job. I had no real way to monitor my money for a whole weekend, at the beginning of the month. YOU PICKED THE ABSOLUTE WORST TIME TO DO ANYTHING INVOLVING PEOPLE'S MONEY. So, I started using online banking 2 years ago and went paperless. Now I can't log in because I don't have my member number memorized. I have my old loan number but that doesn't. I can verify all my personal information, but apparently that's not good enough. You transition plan leaves out people who actually went paperless and have been up with technology for 20 years. River Valley has always been very communicative and helpful when I have needed them. I know they have just upgraded their systems and with that comes a little bit of struggle but I'm very confident the upgrade is for the betterment and security of the community they serve. I highly recommend River Valley.
